IDG has worked on projects throughout Central and South Florida, primarily
with multifamily developers since 2007. With this experience, we understand
the demographics of our market. We implement thoughtfully, detail-oriented
design through our relationship with skilled artisans. Collaborating with the
architectural firm and landscape designer, it allows for a seamless flow of
interior and exterior spaces for residents to enjoy.
Our design team is key in making the best selections for materials and
products while meeting the budget outlined for the project. Juggling all
these different but equally important factors is what makes a project
successful for everyone. With each project, we consider the function and
flow in space planning as well as code requirements. We also consider the
aesthetic and function of materials as well as cost, longevity and ease of
maintenance. As part of the development team, we develop a cohesive style
or brand for the project that is reflected in the exterior architecture, interior
design and the landscape.

"I recently visited The Hermitage apartments in St. Petersburg. As you know, we no
longer own that property, so it was interesting to see the interiors and building details
after they had been in place for over five years.
They have stood the test of time. The furnishings and color schemes you selected are
still relevant, and most importantly, the recommendations you made regarding the units
and amenity spaces make those spaces extra special. The same is true for the interior
design recommendations you made for Maitland City Centre.
They both reminded me that we made a great decision when we asked you to join our
design team for both of those projects. Too often an interior designer provides just
decorating to spaces. Your vision goes beyond that; you truly are an interior
designer.
And just as importantly, you were such a pleasure to work with. You were always on
time for design meetings, and we never had to wait for your design and working
drawings. You are a true professional and I look forward to working with you on future
developments."
